Shifting hard after installing Megashifter

After recently intalling my B&M Megashifter i had noticed a severly hard shift from 1st to 2nd while in drive... is this normal or do i need to re-adjust my cable?? Other gears are smooth as could be

Axle/Gears: 3.23

Make sure you cable is kinked anywhere. That is the first thing I would check on.
