B&M or Hurst switch kit?

Which kit has less modifying involved for installation? I've heard abotu some people having to redrill holes or something but wasn't sure which kit it had to do.

What kit is recommended for th350 swap.

Thanks.

He is correct. I also had to do zero modifying to make the b&m work. It even allows you to use your stock crossmember.

However install the kit when the tranny is out of the car. Trust me......it sucks trying to install when the transmission is in the tunnel.

I got the Hurst kit and not only did I have to redrill the holes for the torque arm bracket, I also didnt get the crossmember relocator things or whatever. I got jipped. And I had no idea because the instructions were written by a two year old and had no inventory list or anything. I give Hurst a thumbs down on this one...

Yeah I'm very dissapointed in the hurst swap kit, the only thing its good for is the torque arm mount, which required modification anyways. I've been wondering what I'm going to do about the trans mount. I guess I'll end up getting the B&M kit too now.
