multiple turbo 350 question
What driveshafts can i use for the th-350 shorttail to make it work without gettin a driveshaft made?
this is holding me up severely because i can t find a long tail to swap the tail shafts. if anyone has that and the housing and what to sell or just want to get rid of it please let me know?
thanks,
steve

yeah i thought of that but i'd rather make it a long tail first its cheaper.
A driveshaft from an 82/83 with the 200 tranny will supposedly work with the short tail, but I haven't been able to verify this myself. Another option is the 700R4 tailshaft conversion which will allow you to use a 700R4 driveshaft and also solve the torque arm issue. Try a search, its been discussed many times before.

to switch to a long tail housing, you will have to take the tranny apart and switch the output shaft coming out of the tranny. would be less effort to get a different driveshaft made.
