Axle/Gears: 3.23
Need help with shifter bracket!
My mechaniac order a new shift kit from Hurst to replace my broken one. Everything worked except for the universal shifter bracket. Guess it's not so universal
. Does anyone know where I can get a shifter bracket or a kit that will fit my 4-speed '82 Trans Am?

Transmission: `95 T56 \ `88 200-4R
You should figure out whether you have the Super T-10 Borg Warner trans, or if you have the Saginaw. Hurst makes good shifters. Check their catalogue. I dunno what you ended up with.

I'm pretty sure I have a saginaw. It's just that a manual 82 t/a is rare so I'm having a lot of trouble finding the part. Worst comes to worst I can have a piece fabricated but I don't even know what the piece looks like.
