Clutch Problems Help!!
Heres the deal!! I took the tranny out of an 83 trans am, and put it into my 88' firebird that was a V6. heres the problem.
the 83 wasnt hydraulic and my 88 is!!! the V6 bell housing has the pushrod cylinder the V8 has nothing!!!
Is there an adapter plate or something that I can buy to make a non hydraulic clutch a hydraulic one? I cannot finish without some sort of closure on this!!!

Car: Yes
Engine: Usually
Transmission: Sometimes
Axle/Gears: Behind me somewhere
No.
You need the right bell housing.
Or, you need the COMPLETE mechanical linkage; from the pedals to the BH.
Bell housings are a whole lot easier to come by, and you'll like the results a whole lot better than the other.
