9-bolt to 10-bolt question

I am having difficulty locating a replacement 9-bolt. I have located a decent 10-bolt. Will all of the hardware from my 9-bolt fit and function with the 10-bolt? I hate it when a simple chore turns into and evolution.

is it a disk 9bolt to disk 10bolt?

every thing else suspension wise should work.

the only things i can think of that might be changed is the parking brake cable. i'm not sure if they 9bolt calipers are the same as the 10bolts. depends on the year i think

what year car did the 10bolt come out of?

The 10-bolt is being removed from a 92 Z-28 with disk brakes. It is replacing the 9-bolt in my 88 IROC with disk brakes.

Different parking brake cable and same for the dics brakes. You will have take a closer look at them side by side and see what will fit.

Howls like a wolf in heat...yes iron calipers. Operation is smooth, no clanks or bangs may be bearing(s).

the 10 bolt has been recently freshened and the price is right. if the price stays right I will install it and dink with the 9-bolt later. the change may also help resolve the vibration i get at 70. if it stays with the car and does not change then maybe axels were not the problem.
