my friend has one in his car and I think its a nifty piece of equipment. Definitely something I would purchase in the future.

Does anyone run these on their cars and if so how does it hold up.

I am gonna be putting a transgo shift kit on my car pretty soon. Once I get new gears that is.

EDIT: Correct me if I am wrong but I was also told that B&M sells like an internal plate or something like that so that you can keep your stock shifter yet it will act like a ratchet shifter. I think that would be a better route for me to go if such a product exists.

It must be cheaper too, but is it hard to install at all?

I have a rachet shifter in my monza drag car.

I like it for racing but driving around town and manuvering in a garage/parking lot are a pain because you have to actually lift and pull the lever to go into reverse.
