Anyhow, i was wondering what specific thing i would need

When i have the part# from a 88 with a t-5 it comes up with a d9a/ d9e now the car is a 350 and has 3.23 gears in the back what is the diff between the d9e/d9a?

I dont really care if my Speedo is like 5 mph of.... I just wanna get this thing in there and wired up with a weatherpack connector

do's anyone also have a wiring diagram of the VSS/ecm/to speedo?

I have to replace my wiring to the trans/vss

The vss should be the same for either application. The only thing that would change is the number of teeth on the gear at the end of the unit, and these swap on and off easily. Not sure why you'd need a wiring diagram. There's only 2 wires running to the vss. You should be able to find the remnants of your original wires in the harness leading to the trans.
