Convertor lockup switch?
So the original carb is coming off and the ECM is coming out.
What kit do I need to use to wire up the tranny to get the convertor to lockup while crusing? I don't know if it is included but I want it to un-lockup through a vacuum source, someone mentioned that to me on here previously...
Thanks guys, Joe

http://gilbertautoparts.com/frame.ht...TOKEN=31582942 on the left under GM & GC PARTS go to Transmission and Parts... in the center of the page go to 4L60 Perf Reman 4 spd Auto when that page comes up go to installation inst. towards the bottom of that page they give you step by step how to setup TCC to work with non computer car. Wiring diagram is there too.

Re: Convertor lockup switch?
Non-Computer-Controlled Vehicles:
When installing a 4L60 transmission in a non-computer-controlled vehicle, connect the supplied wiring harness for the 4L60 transmission’s five-pin TCC connector to a 12-volt power source through a stop lamp/torque converter switch (P/N 25524845) to allow disengagement of the converter clutch during brake application. (Note: This circuit should be “live” only when the ignition is switched on.) This wiring system will apply the torque converter clutch whenever the transmission is in fourth gear. Do not change the fourth gear clutch switch when installing the 4L60 transmission in a non-computer-controlled vehicle.
Talking about that^?
And this attached picture?

If your car came from the factory with a 700R4, you already have that switch.

If your car came from the factory with a 700R4, you also already have the wire from the brake switch to the transmission. All you need to do is put in the N.O. 4th gear switch if you don't have one already, and wire it to ground the solenoid.

Wanna out that in a little bit more laymans terms?
I'm sorry to be stuborned, but I can get lost with wiring easily.
It can factory with a 700R4.
What is the N.O. 4th Switch? Can you dram up a quick diagram on paint?
