I am about to start on my manual swap. I have most of the parts. The set of pedals that I have seem to need some repair. The break and clutch have metal bushings and plastic bushings. The metal bushing that the bolt goes through is very loose on the bolt. Is this common It looks as if the bolt is too small for the bushing but the bolt fits nice and snug in the mounting bracket. the plastic busings seem to be in good shape. The only way this setup makes sense is that when tightned the metal inserts are locked in place and the pedals ride on the plastic bushings. If thats the way they are then I have to leave it but I dont like how sloppy the setup is.
