Which of these two torque converters should I get?
Ok guys, to make a long story short, My new Jegs torque convert has broke a weld and is leaking.
It has broke were the flange is welded to the case. It has less than 100 miles on it.
I talked to jegs and they said I could send it back for a replacement. Then I thought why not upgrade. So I called Jegs back and they said I could pay the difference.
Now which one should I get?
The one I have: 2700-3000 stall rating
http://www.jegs.com/webapp/wcs/store...Term=555-60401
Next choice: 3100-3500 stall rating
http://www.jegs.com/webapp/wcs/store...Term=555-60403
Last choice: 3500-3800 stall rating
http://www.jegs.com/webapp/wcs/store...Term=555-60404
I was thinking of going with teh 555-60404 with 3500-3800 stall rating.
The cam I am running is the comp extream xr282hr cam with Th350 trans, 3.73 gears and 26" tall tire.
What do you guys think?

And please dont say go with a higher priced converter. This is the only option I have right now.

i would do 3100-3500 all day, look at your cam spec that cam comes in at about 1500-2000 that puts you in the 3-3500 range,3.73s and 26"tall

It was only flashing to about 2500-2700 rpm with the first one.
I figured one of the other stalls would match my cam better.
Plus with the TH350, I am not geared as low as the 700R4 that I use to run. Plus with the cars race weight being around 3375 lbs, I need something that will get this car off the line.
