When I put it in gear I have this vibration that is felt all over. I feel it in all gears until it shifts into OD and then it smooths out. If I take it out of OD I can feel it agian.
Sometimes the tranny won't go into park. The motor acts likes it is in N but if I get out I can rol it back and forth. IF I shut it off in R it will then click into park. Sometimes it will act normal and go into park without putting it into R first. I think the tranny is about gone in my opp.
The tranny sometimes will shift into OD even when I have it in D. It won't do it everytime. It seems to act better the more I drive it. It does like to shift quick too.
I have no idea when the fluid has been changed. I bought this car off Ebay w/a blown head gasket. It sat at my house for a year before I got everything worked out. When I checked it, it was about a qt low. I put some transx in it to see if that helps. I plan on changing the filter and see if that can have any difference on how it performes.

I also hear this metal noise I am not sure if it is from the rear brakes, rearend or tranny. I kind of think the rear brakes are dragging. It has that sound when you've taken the drum off and then put it back on and spin it. That sound. IF they are it must be very minor cause it doesn't seem to effect me when I take off.

 

what are the chances the Torque converter is causing the vibration or that it is bad?
