700r4 question?

hey guys will a 700r4 and torque converter out of a early 90's chevy van work my my 89 camaro?

Engine: 3.1L

Transmission: 700r4

Axle/Gears: open 3.23

Well, we've gotta know what kinda motor this thing is gonna be pullin. ie-2.8 3.1 4.3 or v8 etc etc

Engine: LT1, AFR 195cc, 231/239 LE cam.

Transmission: M28 T56

Axle/Gears: 3.23 10bolt waiting to explode.

exactly. As long as it has the chevy sb bolt pattern (4.3L v6's same as v8 sb) then it should bolt up.

I used the converter and pump out of a S10 4.3L for a bandaid once. Worked fine.
