Will an M5 Tranny hold up to a 350 TPI?
I'm looking to swap in a 350 TPI into my 85 IROC, but I'm wondering if the transmission will hold.

Should be just fine,Ive run 450 horse motors with a stock T5,wont hold up long,if you abuse it ,but if you shift like you got a little sense, then youl be alright.Just bolt your bellhousing, flywheel and use your starter off the 305 on the 350,and it should work great for ya!!! You did mean T5,?

i have a t-5 behind my 355 engine and its holding fine for now. but ever since i started hitting it with nos, its strarting make noise. as long as u dont gring gears it should hold up fine. if ur engine is stock i dont think youll have a problem. if u are going to get a t-5, get a world class version, they are stronger.
