i just got a megashifter out of the junk yard ( all of it minus the switch ). the plug on the tranny had the wires re-routed. one was just cut. one whet to a switch under the steering column ( i believe it was the brakes or something ) . And one that was converted to a ground. now when i put the car in OD it trys to stall when it shifts out of 1st 2nd and 3rd. i have adjusted the cable a billion times. i have a problem with that also but i want to fix the freaking shifting first. also sometimes if im driving slowly and it gets to 3rd the rpm's will drop to about 800, however if i shift it myself it goes decent. i need some help and i need it quick im afraid to drive m car right now

 

the mega shifter cannot have any effect in shift feel

 

it shifted fine when the car had the stock shifter. i had no problems

 

Should make n difference unless you somehow messed up the prndle switch settings

 

If his TC is locked will it do that? maybe those wires has something to do with it.

 

it was the TC it wasnt locking up. i swapped out the plug and now it works perfect.
