Re: Lakewood scattershield
you need the gm fork, specific for the thirdgen car, the lakewood fork is a different style.

Re: Lakewood scattershield
cool i have that already with my 5 speed setup, bought me a tko-600 want to add the lakewood bellhousing, thanks guys!
Re: Lakewood scattershield
Just a tip. I see in your sig that you have the Eibach Pro-Kit. While that kit doesn't drop your ride height a lot, I've read where guys with lowered 3rd gens have had ground clearance problems using the Lakewood scattershield. The bottom of the scattershield sits down lower than the stock bellhousing. More than likely, this probably occurs most often when using something like the Sportline springs, but just thought I'd point it out. The guy I bought my TKO from was using the Lakewood scattershield and he said it scraped the road a few times.

Re: Lakewood scattershield
use the clutch fork made for our cars..
Pat Hall, i used to have sportlines with my lakewood and had NO problems at all.. unless you are doing some rock climbing in a third gen, you shouldnt have a problem.. i do believe the crossmember still sits lower than the bellhousing..

Re: Lakewood scattershield
i actually scraped a couple times with mine with sportlines, but this was being a little too "spirited" on backroads with a high crown.
