T5 woes, still grinding after rebuilt was installed

I noticed that it all of the sudden got hard to shift out of 2nd and into 3rd and grind sometimes. Mechanic diagnosed that i needed a new T5. He put it in, Drove fine for 30 minutes, then the same thing happened again. Brought it back, he didnt know what to do - so he put in a throwout bearing (I had the master/slave done in januarary, and the clutch assembly in februrary). Again, drove fine for a half hour and then the problem developed.

What could this possibly be? After the car warms up, I hear something rattling underneath, faster at high rpms, and something squeaking - if i just touch the clutch pedal, the squeak goes away (i dont even have to push it that far, less than half an inch)

How long did it take to "put in a throwout bearing"?

My guess is that it didn't actually happen, because that's what's wrong.

I left it there for the week - but i wouldnt be suprised if it didnt happen. He says the noise I am hearing is clutch chatter and he can get in there an fix it next week. I should correct myself though - I realize now, that the car gets into every gear fine and the noise occurs after that, more so if I get on the gas quick after I come off the clutch.
