It's designed to work with any 3 speed or 4 speed automatic transmission. Th350, th200, th700r4, th200r4, etc...
Like he said above just change the lense to the 4 speed. Also, you must remove a bolt on the shifter to allow you to get to 1st gear on the overdrive. It's all in the instructions.

Alan, definately read the instructions a few times over before doing anything with that shifter! The instructions are very clear with everything. Don't follow them, and you can hurt your trans.

Ok thanks but once agian i have another question on the shifter. It says that 700R4's need a extra Breaker switch.. says "when the car is in park or neutral the circuit locks out the converter clutch and changes the idle speed". I have the 700R4 so do i need the breaker for my shifter to work correcltly with my tranny?

I didn't use that switch your talking about, but I have a non-computer car.
When you put it into OD, the shifter is in ratchet mode. from their you can ratchet down one gear at a time to first and ratchet up from first one gear at a time to neutral. It will not go from neutral to reverse even if you try to pull the lever. The only way to get past the reverse lockout is from OD with the T-handle pulled. The T-handle is only used to get it out of park and to get past the reverse lockout. It won't allow you to skip any of the forward gears(such as fourth to 1st or 1st to fourth).
