I've got a Saginaw M67. It has a coarse 10 spline like a Muncie M20 or 21. The parts books in the retail stores always call for the wrong clutch. The cluch is the same as most '70's GM cars (10.5 in.) including 2'nd gens. Car was originally LG4, M67 4-speed and G80 posi with 3.23 GU5 gears. Awhile back Pontiac sent me a breakdown For '82 Trans Am. 7033 4-speeds procuced and only behind the LG4.

Since the last post here was almost four years ago it's about time I jump in with my 82' ST-10 4-speed.
That's a total of "four" so far, anybody else?

i have a 87 formula and i installed the 82 firebird clutch/brake pedals, installed manual clutch linkage with z bar and found a aluminum housing 4 spd. i love the car but hate my stock 2.79 gears. i dont know whether 3.42's or 3.73 are the best way to go for a daily driver.also installed the jegs torsion bar which allows the use of any trans. mean soundin gear whine from trans but it sounds like a nascar:lala:

If you do a search on SCCA (sports car club of america) and look under "A" sedan (that's the pony car/stock body racing class) you'll find a crap-load of T10 conversions in 82-92 camaros. There's want-ads. parts, pix, everything.
