700r4 shift point ?

1-2 shift at 4750
2-3 shift at 5250

why different? and how can I adjust?

You can adjust the shift points with the governor. I don't know why they are different. It may be so the engine doesn't fall below it's power band when it shifts through it's funky ratio spread

remove weights from your governor so that it shifts at a lower rpm.
You should manually shift 1-2 @500 rpms higher than your 2-3 shift in order to maintain the same shift recovery rpm at your torque peak.
