82 v6 bell crank/ v8 bell crank any difference?

Is there a difference between the v-6 and v-8 bellcranks on 4-speed or 5-speed cars? Anybody know how these are bolted on? Are they bolted to the engine or the transmission? Any one have a v-8 bellcrank they want to sell? Does it have to come off to take the engine and or transmission out?

THe bellhousing blot pattern for the V6 is different than the V8 and won't bolt up to the V8. The trans blots to the housing and the housing to the engine. Also a V6 trans won't be strong enough to handle the torque of a V8. Good luck
