How much power?

How much power can my 700R4 (auto) handle. Im thinking of droping in a dual-quad 409 in it. I am also wondering about intalling a manual valvee body or a B&M shift kit. What are your thoughts on this?

i'd say you're a troll, but if you aren't sell the 409 to someone that can use one for a restoration project. stick with a SBC

What kind of car are you planning to put the 409 in? If an older car out of the mid 60's to late 70's, then I would use the 2004R instead of the 700R4. Need more information?
