Many years ago I heard of a company called G.E.R. that offered an Auto/Manual Valve Body for the 700r, Have you heard of anything like this?? It was to shift manually in 1,2,D. In Overdrive to shift as stock.
Is there anything on the market like this??

First thing is stay away from GER! 2nd is that there is no such valve body setup that I am aware of. You either have a governor (full automatic) or you don't (full manual). Take it from people in the true performance industry (GER is JUNK!!!)

 

Actually Summit sells a product not sure of the name, but I remember reading it, but you can shift manually and downshift, but if left in D, it will shift automatically.

The TransGo Reprogramming Kit will have full automatic upshifts but will allow you to hold a gear to any speed and downshift to a gear at any speed (be carefull!). Is GER still in business?
