Try doing a search on this board, there's been a few topics with discussions of the Dual Gate.

i have a quarter stick by hurst in my car. there isn't a better shifter made. you can't miss or over shift a gear and if you want you can put it in drive and go.

The Quarter Stick is nothing like the Megashifter, or the Dual Gate for that matter. The Quarter Stick is more of a real racing shifter.

I want to be able to shift my automatic, and have it shift right on. No stupid delays. Thinking B&M Megashifter and do I need some kind of shift kit too?

All the shifter does is prevent you from overshifting, you'll need a shift kit for what you want.

after removing my busted-az stock shifter and cable and put in the B&M mega shifter,I noticed the transmission responded much better to shifts,it seems to "pull" better in each gear too, maybee because the lever isn't slopping around on the trans anymore. ofcourse a shift kit will crisp things up some more.
