Pro built Auto 700R4 shifts softly 1-2.

I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction please. I installed a pro built Kit it’s a combo of Transgo 2-3 and Jr-Kit for a 700R4 ($142).
My problems are:
1) I went to drive it and 1-2 shifts are weak no change maybe worse then stock. I have a very good shift in 2-3 and 3-4 it’s very strong you can feel it.
2) Also if I down shift into first gear it takes it like 5 seconds to grab first gear before install it would grab quickly. Even if I’m driving at a slow speed it won’t grab till like 5 seconds later. It’s an 88 Vette with 2.59 gears, trust I understand my gears suck but before this install I had a better shift in 1-2. On cold tires I was able to chirp 1-2 gears know it blows.

I’m not sure what I did wrong, maybe I needed to install a white spring for my 2nd Accumulator. I only had orange and brown. So I put the brown one in because that’s the best one I had in the kit. Besides that I think something strange is happening because it doesn’t down shift into first like it should anymore. If I have to take this apart again can anyone tell me some tips on what I can do to make it shift a lot harder? Before I do that I’d feel more comfortable if I send the PDF directions I got from pro Built so you understand what steps I took before I made the changes. Maybe I should have just installed the Transgo 2-3? This sucks I really don't feel like takin it apart again.

Thanks All.
