Re: no third and fourth on my t5

Hey, I have the same problem in my T-5, No third or Fourth, feels like nothing is their. I received a suggestion on this site to check the shifter, pulled it, put it in thrid and found it, put it in fourth, found it, now I cant get it into any other gear and neutural is a forward gear. i didnt get any other responses on this site. Think I am going to take it out and crak it open and see if its a bent rail or fork. Hopefully some of the Guru's on this site will give a hint or to as to what the problem might be.

Re: no third and fourth on my t5

Get a shifter with stops like a Pro 5.0 and you won't break the fork anymore. You're overshifting when you slam 3rd gear, which flexes the fork. The aluminum can only take it for so long before it cracks and eventually breaks. Also, if you're powershifting 3rd get ready for it to break again, because eventually it will spit some teeth.
