flushing the cooler lines and trans cooler?

Axle/Gears: BW 3.27 (stock)
flushing the cooler lines and trans cooler?
i want to do this before i hook up my new trans...what's a good way to accomplish this? Will compressed air get all the **** out or is there some other method?

That's the standard method. Usually works fine.
