Stall speed for TC on stock 89 GTA L98

I checked the archives and I could not find any hard evidence on what the stall speed was and people say between 1400-1600, Would this be true the stall speed for mine being 1400-1600 on my GTA??

Did it change between 305 and 350's, would I benefit from a 2200 stall speed with a stock (for now) soon to be modded (later hopefully sooner) or should I do others first and worry about TC later.
