tranny jumping, need immediate help

tranny jumping, need immediate help

ok, in first gear when coming to a stop it jumps like crazy. it feels like it wants to pull but can't. it will go into every gear but seems a bit stiff going in...
does this also in reverse.
if stop and then get rolling just a little, hold clutch in, and leave it in first gear it will jump terribly, it makes a terrible noise...
help me....

Sounds like the clutch is set too tight so that the disc never fully releases.

ok, that sounds reasonable i suppose...
how do i loosen it???
it says its not adjustable, it (haynes manual) says its self adjusting...
?????
btw my car is a 92RS
