new flywheel.. chipped!

I just picked up my new flywheel from autozone. it has a couple little chips about the size of the end of my pinky fingernail on the inside smooth part on the edges. is this bad or normal? it has a one year warranty but i can take it back before i put it in. they woul dhave to special order another one though and that would take a week :/.

will this hurt my clutch material or make anything wear uneven? thanks

Ditto.

Even if I buy a cheap part and I have the tools to fix the flaws, I'll take it back just so the manufacturer knows there is a problem.
