700r4 question
I have an 700r4 in my 84 camaro. Motor is built 350. Now when drag racing I shift from 1-2 goes just fine. However it will not stay in second. At about 3600-4000RPMs it will shift in to third on its own, Any ideas?

That's normal behavior for an unmodified 700R4, although the speed that it's doing it at is a little low.
