Clutch problems
Clutch problems
Ok heres the deal i have a t-5 world class just swapped into my 84 camaro. Iam thinking the clutch just needs blead. Anyways when i put it in neutral it starts and does not move a bit but will not go into gear. But when I put it in gear and try to start it and push in the clutch pedal the car still moves a bit. But when I leave the clutch pedal out it moves alot more than having the clutch in. What does everyone think I have tried to bleed it three times now following the directions of no pumping and such found in the t-56 swap thread. I start work on monday and need this fixed so please anyhelp would be great thanks.

Re: Clutch problems
sounds like the clutch is not disengaging properly.

Re: Clutch problems
gravity bleeding works well on the hydraulics, but doing out of the car is easier. the clutch is definitely not disengaging completely, thats why the car moves when its in gear, which the pedal down and you try to start the car.
