i know this is a noob question, but how much power can a stock 700r4 handle safely?

 

I would say 300 could be possible depending on miles. But only if you are traction limited(open differential or maybe narrow tires with a posi). Add some street slicks or sticky tires and I think that number drops since you aren't loosing as much hp/tq to wheel spin.

 

haha... i broke one with a 305 that just had headers and a good tune... im not a big believer in the 700r4
