Mine was worn badly and in need of replacement; wouldn't shift - Same issues you're having.

Dante has a point but also have you tried pressing the pedal back and forth between all the way down and up . You don't have to press it to the floor or let it come all the way up just slowly work it between those points . Alot of times even though you bled it you can still have some air in there and this will work it out . I do this even if I do bleed the system and have never had a problem .

Just move the pedal back and forth but not all the way up or down to work out the air . When you open the bleeder to bleed or to use the vacuum method you only get from the reservoir and the master not the slave . Thats why I prefill my slaves at an angle and hook them up then I do the pedal method I spoke of and have never had a problem .

I don't open the bleeder I just fill the slave with fluid holding it at an angle so the air comes out the hookup for the line then I just hook everything up and do the pedal back and forth until I can shift smoothly . I always start with the engine off and after about 100 presses of the pedal I move on to starting the engine and see if it will shift if not I keep pressing the pedal until it does . I have but one time had to keep pressing the pedal after the first 100 presses and that was because I forgot to fill the slave before installing it and had to open the bleeder to get fluid to the slave then had no problems with it .

Damn d00d, you gonna make me post this AGAIN???

This pic should be a sticky: "Check this pic first before posting: 'I just worked on my clutch and now it doesn't disengage!'" Anybody listening? Kevin91Z?? Help a brotha out!
Leave the hydraulics alone. They aren't the problem, especially if you didn't bust them open, which you shouldn't have, regardless; and dinking with them isn't the solution.
