Changing Transmissions
Hey, I've got a 1989 Camaro rs, 305 v8 5.0
im trying to replace the transmission, and i was wondering if a 93 z28 700r4 transmission would be compatable with my car.
any help would be greatly appreciated...

Engine: L69 w/ TPI on top / 305 4bbl
Transmission: `95 T56 \ `88 200-4R

Yes. There was one or two other threads in the past 4 weeks regarding the 1993 TCC wiring being different and how to fix that. Everything else (converter, mount location, TV cable hookup, driveline) is bolt-in.
