speedometer problems

so i swapped my 305 engine to a 350 carbed, ripped the WHOLE ECU AND HARNESS out. so i have a electro speedometer, and it DOES go through the ecu to operate. i do have the connector cut from the old ECU harness, but where do connect the PURPLE and YELLOW wire too?????? here is some pictures to help you understand.

-- First two pictures are the plug on the trans.

-- The third one is the connect i cut out of the ecu.

--THE QUESTION is where do i connect the YELLOW AND PURPLE wire to get my speedo working.

Thanks

Re: speedometer problems

I don't know where the wiring diagrams are on this forum, but you probably need to wire it like a non-ECM-pass VSS car (86-89 Firebird)
