4l60e problems

I just bought a 95 trans am with transmission problems and was curious if anyone might have had any similar issues with lt1/4l60e swaps, etc.

So let's say you're at a stop light. You have the car in drive and let off the brake. Car just sits there. Accelerate a little and it will move, but moves like it's in a higher gear, and definitely isn't up shifting.

But let's say you're at the same stop light, but instead of having it in drive, you have it in 1st. Accelerate, rpms go up, shift into 2nd, feels like its slipping and takes a few moments to grab, rpms go up, repeat.

I used a basic scanner and pulled code 73 on the transmission which just said pressure control solenoid. I used Mitchell On Demand to find the diagnostic diagrams but I do not own a scanner that can adjust values, but basically it leads to replacing the PCM.

I swapped in a good PCM and the problem still exists. No one has had any kind of problem like this before?
