Are these the correct C-Clips? - 10 bolt

I'm building up a second axle that I bought and am just installing the rear brakes. I went to lock the axles in with the new C-clips I was sent but they seem to be a bit on the big side. They are by Dorman and come in a pack of 2, the copper with a height of .150" and silver with a height of .155. They are going into a standard 10 bolt with an Eaton posi and Superior axle shafts. If memory serves you push the axles in then slide the c-clip on (which I can do) and then pull the shafts out a little before re-inserting the cross shaft. These clips slide over the end of the axles but I cn't pull them back into the diff.

Can anyone confirm if this is even the correct clips? The number on the packet is 81050. I'm in the UK so can't just go into Autozone and check the book...as there is no book over here I also tried google and from what little I found I don't think these are correct, but have no idea what is the correct ones.

Thanks for the help.

Apparently 81050 replaces GM 3833322 and 3959067. My Parts and Illustration Cat. says LOCK, Axle Shf pn 344171 (1982-1991). The part numer is good at the following site: http://www.gmpartsdirect.com/index.c...TOKEN=43475709

Sorry James, I'm not sure I'm getting your reply. Are the ones I have incorrect and I should be looking for GM part number 344171?

Many thanks.

Since the 81050 replaces GM 3833322 and 3959067 and not the 344171, I assume that the 81050 is incorrect and that you should be searching for 344171.
