Plus all the non third gen transmissions don't have a provision to attach the torque arm.
The fourth gen T56 is the only one that's basically a direct bolt in. Any transmission can be swapped in if you do a lot of fabrication work and spend enough to do the conversion but if you're asking which ones will work, you probably shouldn't be doing the swap.

With LT1 parts swapped into it, the last one will.
But Alky said a lot.

Bolt into what?
If this is a Mustang, then all of the Mustang transmissions will, but not the GM one.
If this is a 3rd gen, then none of the Mustang ones will, but the GM one can be made to. The LS1 T-56 takes a little more work in some ways than the LT1 version and a little less in others but can be used if necessary.
Don't know about the TKO-500, never used one.
Several of the board sponsors sell transmission mounts; or you could go to your local speed shop, or Summit or Jeg's, or even AZ or a regular parts store if you want a stock one. Very ordinary item.

Re: Which of these transmission will bolt it?
Both of the 2002 ford transmissions will not work without extra "stuff"
the 2 ford 3550s will bolt right up to your stock GM bellhousing. I think the 500 and 600 are of the same design as the 3550s
they even have the holes 4 the stock GM TQ arm.
also they both use GM splined clutch disks
Im not sure if the length of the imput shaft is a problem or not but I think they use the same one.
quick search and here is some info
