700r4 problem? help!!

okay, i like to play and drive my car in like 1 or 2 around a parking lot so when i let go it has the idle down noise and lets the compression slow it down. well now when i do that when i let go of the gas, it just like let goes of the gear. its not ilding down, but when i hit the gas it will go back to operating rev. when i let go of gas its like its in neutral. what happen?!
