91 formula clutch problems
All this just started its hard to get into gear makes a noise like sandpaper against wood in any gear I'm in while sitting idle doesn't feel like its disengaging all the way has always grinded going into reverse ever since i bought it the guy i bought it off said it just started grinding in reverse after he changed the clutch disk, release bearing and pilot shaft bushing and he said it started chattering after the new parts installed i only have to lift the clutch about a 1/2 inch from the floor before it starts grabbing this dint seem right to me gonna start looking into it this weekend any insight on this would be great thanks

Re: 91 formula clutch problems
The fork and it's spring clip should both be in the groove of the throwout bearing. It's common that installs get done w/ the spring clip behind the groove; this dampens the fork's efforts. You might be able to inspect and see this from the fork opening and a good light.
Other than that, bleeding it may help.
