i have 89 formula l98 car runs great shifts great and only has 60000 miles on it the problem is when i stomp on it at 20 mph or 30 or even 50 it does not down shift it just slowly climbs up if i nail it around 40 mph i can get it to down shift i think i reset the tv cable and nothing changed i noticed that when floored the TB does not seem to open all the way i can still open it by hand some more with the peadel to the floor checked for obstuction and there are none is there a throttle cable adjustment trhanks
