does anyone know where i could take my rear end to have posi gears or spider gears welded into my limited slip rear end? how much does it normally cost/

Um.. Limited slip Is "Positraction"
if you have an open rear end, its usually easier to just swap the whole rear end.....

ha ha, i had a friend that welded the spiders in his 60's chevy truck and with the b&m shift kit behind the th350 it would really lay the stripes on the road into second. it only lasted for the summer though before the carrier broke, but it was what he could afford if you know what i mean.

To the OP, like James said, welding the differential spider gears to make a "lincoln locker" is not recommended. Especially if it sees any street time.
