I bought a Transgo Reprogramming/Shift Kit for my TH700R4. Now i have two questions, sadly i dident found a E-Mail adress from Transgo and i dont want to call them (to expensive from switzerland).
But i am sure some of you have the same kit and maybee you can give me a answer.

First question.
I have the problem (like everybody with a TH700R4) with 3/4 gear. When i pull the pedal down the car goes up to 190kph/kmh but in the 3th gear, doesent shift to the 4 and the revs are on redline.
When i pull the pedal back till 1/3 the car shifts to the 4th and the car goes faster then 200kph/kmh+. But when i pull down the pedal little more for more speed, it shifts back to the 3th doesent matter what rpms. Of course its dangerous for the engine and i want to pull that pedal down till full speed in the fourth.
My question; Is this problem fixed with the Transgo Shift Kit?

Other question... on the first sheet of instructions i can read that small block needs a other tv valve and i need to order.
Did i understand something wrong?? Do i need this?

Last informations i have a 90 trans am gta (350) with the TH700R4. I go for the automatic mode (not fully stick mode).
I am very thankfull for every answer... once more sorry about my english, i hope you understand what i mean

The TransGo kit usually doesn't fix the 3/4 WOT up shift. This link shows how to modify the TV valve set up for full throttle WOT 3./4 shifts:

Note that instead of threading/tapping and using epoxy, can use some short set-screws and thread them in (self threads).

I'm not sure about this. IIRC, there is something about a TV valve spring. Although I can't find the instructions at this moment.

Thank you very mutch for this information.
I know about this tv valve mod, but was not sure if the shift kit fix this problem anyway.
But now i will do this mod when i install the shift kit, and my engine will be thankfull for sure
