Torque converter leaking?
Iv had a transmission leak ever since iv got my car and now I think I have it filed down. Iv replaced my pan gasket and filter, my transmission full tube seal replaced and both my lines replaced with new but apon taking my car out of the garage today I noticed I had a small puddle of transmission fluid on the ground. Well I climbed under my car and I noticed a small drip coming from my dust cover. So it appears my torque converter is leaking? What all is in there that could leak?

Are those prone to leaking? How bad is it to replace?

Your transmission front seal is leaking. I just changed mine last weekend. The transmission will have to be removed to change the seal.

Re: Torque converter leaking?
Well the reason I ask is because I have a 3 hour trip to another state coming up soon and it's another 3 hours to get back

It is something nobody can tell you. Could go as soon as you start it the next time. Might go ten years. Use your own judgement.
If it was mine, if it was leaking enough to make me ask on here if it was okay or not, then I would probably replace it. 1.5 hrs to drop trans, 15 minute install, 1.5 hrs to put trans back. Could be more or less depending on how good you are at it.

Re: Torque converter leaking?
I did buy a torque converter that had a leak were the hub was welded. With it removed, I seal it off and added compressed air. It had a small crack/pinhole in one of the welds. In your case it is probably the front seal, but it is possible.
