I did something bad
So i was coming off the highway and i was going to down shift to 4th gear while i was slowing down but i had a sharp turn and wasnt paying attention and accidentally shifted to 2nd and the tires locked and chirped twice before i put the clutch back in. Everything seemed to shift alright after that but what might be the possible problems in the future?

Re: I did something bad
The only way too tell if you did damage would be to disassemble the t5 and look for chip teeth on the gears or countershaft. If it has been a while you could change the fluid and look for large metal debris.

I did that driving in 5th gear, dropped it accidentely into 2nd, tires locked up and left a nice smoke trail from the rubber.
Was 7 months ago if i remember correctly, everything still going fine in transmission.
