Like mentioned above, check to see if the rubber transmission mount has ripped in two. The mount bolts to the transmission and the crossmember and keeps the transmission secured in place. The rubber dry rots over time and gets abused from hard launches and the end result is a total failure of the mount.
if it is bad then replace it with a poly mount from Energy Suspension.

The poly mount may induce unwanted vibration.

Its your call on the material you want to use. Either rubber (stock) or Polyurethane (aftermarket). I have always used poly material for the trans mount because it can take alot more abuse then a stock replacement. Some guys dont drive their cars hard and therefore a stock rubber replacement mount will be fine. Others tend to get on their cars from time to time and thats where I suggest a poly mount.
James mentioned that you can get slight vibration from a poly mount. That may be true in some cases but I cant argue or favor his statement since way to many variables come into play with drivetrain vibration.

Perfect well my car is my daily driver and I sometimes do tend to pop the clutch for the occasional burn out or street race...but I might just go with this instead...Where exactly does that piece go and will it for sure fit my car?

That mount goes in between the transmission and the crossmember that holds the transmission in place under the car. You will see the mount when you get under the car and look around the bottom of the transmission. You cant miss it. Get a small jack and slowly jack the transmission up an inch or so after you have loosened the bolts holding the mount in place and it will come out. Installation is the reverse of removal.

The newer redesigned mount, as described in the link I provide above, is 3-1142. Though apparently shorter, it's approx. the same height as the Prothane version, which caused less vibration in my car than the 3-1108 but vibration nonetheless.
I purchased an angle finder recently, so at some point I'd like to measure pinion angle with both the Prothane and OE rubber mount in place.
A search is always a prudent idea on TGO:

Best of luck with your project,
