Car: 83 Trans am, and 91 Camaro
Engine: both have a 305.. For now
Shifter Cable
So i got a used oem shifter cable and went to install it today. For some reason I can't get the tranny to go into park now. Is there some adjustment anywhere. It will shift fine through all other gears but won quite go into park. Any Ideas?

Engine: none
Transmission: T-56 W/ Spec 1 Clutch
Axle/Gears: 9 Bolt BW 3.27 Gears

that happend to me also! go under the car and put the linkage into park and reinstall your cable.

That is how I installed it. I will mess around with some adjustments and see if I can get to go. Thanks for the tip though.
