Shifting into 4th gear at WOT 700R4

Car: 1991 GTA Trans AM
Engine: 305 TPI V8
Transmission: 4-Speed Automatic (700-R4)
Axle/Gears: 3.23
Shifting into 4th gear at WOT 700R4
Is there anyway to get a 700R4 to shift into 4th gear at WOT? I know that a TBI engine has a govern that can be removed by installing a switch into a wire, but I have a feeling it won't be that easy on this one

B&M makes a WOT 4th gear kit.
TBI is only RPM-limited in the trucks, and the difference was in the dizzy. I had a pure stock '91 LO3 to 6200 RPM many times, but only in first gear on truly level ground or downhill. It was way past the powerband of the cam, heads, exhaust and everything else, but the real limiting factor was the valvesprings. Otherwise it would have turned 6500 downhill.
