Rear end noise HELP PLEASE

i can hear a noise coming from the rear passenger side. it starts making noise when the car starts moving. im not sure if it is the axle or rear brakes. i just put on this differential and it had a really worn out brake pads and worn out rotor on the passenger side. i changed both sides and it still makes the noise. the passenger side also has a leak and it gets really hot so im wondering if it could be the brake caliper or something with the diff. please help thank you.

If the axle seal is leaking then there is a very good chance that the bearing is bad. If that is the case then the axle will have to be replaced along with the bearign and seal.

You could try supporting the rear on stands with the wheels off the ground, chock the front wheels, park brake off and run it in gear and go listen to the suspect places. You should be able to tell if it's in the center (diff) or at the wheel (bearing?). If it's at the wheel check the run out on the rotor. Check it's centered in the caliper bracket etc. and caliper isn't binding.

i lifted the car up and put it in drive and two people told me that the noise is my new brake and rotors and it kinda sounds like a high pitched noise kinda like a grinding or scraping, its hard to describe.

I break em off n remove em, as it can be real annoying, its done to save your rotors.
